Youth Island NY Mentoring Program
Youth Island NY offers a year-round mentoring program every Friday and Saturday, where dedicated volunteer mentors meet with students weekly to provide guidance, support, and positive role models.
Our mentoring program includes:

Character Education – Following lessons and resources from MentorPortal.org

Arabic Classes – Developing basic Arabic language and Quranic Arabic skills

Reading Time – Building strong reading habits and academic skills

Activities & Enrichment – Fun, educational, and team-building activities

Soccer League – Sports, teamwork, and healthy competition

Winter & Summer Camps – Educational, recreational, and leadership experiences

Free College Guidance for High School Students – Support with college planning, applications, and preparation

Volunteer & Extracurricular Activities – Opportunities to develop leadership, service, and teamwork skills

Program Fees
Youth Island NY Mentoring Programs are completely free for all students. Parents are only responsible for the cost of dinner during the weekly mentoring sessions.
Additional programs and activities, including camps, trips, and special activities, may have separate fees.
